Casa de la Luz is a 3,300 square foot (300 m2) Spanish colonial-style house with fantastic views of the city from the main floor of the house and its two decks. It is bright and spacious, yet cozy. The house is located in the elegant, upscale neighborhood of Los Balcones and is a 15 minute walk downhill to the center of town.

Casa de la Luz has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and comes fully furnished and equipped. It also includes a house alarm system, high speed Internet, flat screen TV and cable, and water filtration system.

Note – We are looking for full-time, year-round renters starting in July 2018. The rent is USD $3,200/month and includes all utilities except electricity and gas, and also includes 3x/weekly housekeeping, and 2x/weekly gardening.
