Victor Guzman / Realtor

Victor was born in Puerto Rico and was raised in New York City . He had the privilege of Traveling the world extensively during his career in the US Navy which spanned 22 years and 15 countries.

Victor landed in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1991 where he served as the President of the Latin American division of the Charlotte Board of Realtors while operating his own Real Estate firm. Victor is now a full time resident of San Miguel and integral member of the Caldwell Banker Three Sixty team.

He looks forward to sharing his knowledge, and over 38 years of experience and passion for Real Estate with future clients while providing them with the highest level of service and integrity…core beliefs that are key to his success.
