The Nautilus Chamber

[Español abajo]The Nautilus Chamber is a vessel. It is where one can sail on the winds of music and movement to regions of the body, mind and spirit as yet uncharted. And I welcome you all. Every Monday night at 7 pm we have a transformational dance, a free form dance that loosely explores different ideas, like letting go of your beliefs for a moment, or finding what it is like to move in different ways and how that may expand your awareness of self, or what does “moving from your center” mean. The list is as infinite as movement is.

It is also a space for other dancers, choreographers, actors, martial artists: anyone who is interested in using the space for transformational processes to consider home, and you are welcome to approach me about space usage for workshops or personal use.
