    San Miguel de Allende, Gto.- With an investment of 582,401 pesos, the President of San Miguel de Allende, Luis Alberto Villarreal García, delivered the first stage of rehabilitation of the Garambullos Park in the “La Lejona” subdivision where neighbors will enjoy exercise equipment and a multipurpose court, in addition, with the support of the state, Vicente Araiza Street will be intervened in a few days.

    The work consists of the placement of five exercise equipment on a 50 square meter concrete slab, rustic type roofing and electrical installation.

    The construction of the multi-purpose court has goals, basketball boards placed on a concrete slab 28 meters long by 15 meters wide, official measurements of a basketball court; all thanks to an investment of 582,401 pesos.

    During the inauguration, Villarreal agreed with Mrs. Maribel Mora, neighbor and park manager, the commitment to start the second stage of renovation of the park as soon as possible, if she committed to take care of the park and keep him informed of the progress of the work.

    She added: “We have, since the beginning of this administration, an integral policy that has to do with sports spaces, cultural spaces and spaces for coexistence because what we need is to unite again, to embrace each other because we all live here, and if we all live with the same objective, I guarantee that this will start to reduce crime rates, and we will improve this space”.

    In addition, he announced the total intervention of Vicente Araiza Street with the construction of sidewalks, paving in stone ball drowned in cement and street lighting; thanks to an investment of 50 percent of the state government and 50 percent of the municipal government, which has been a constant in the current administration.
