We are having a special Songwriters of San Miguel showcase at Oso Azul on Tuesday, April 7, from 7-9pm featuring local singer/songwriter Rob Ramsey with his visiting old Texas musical compatriot, Mickey Reynolds, playing original songs and telling stories. Many of you are familiar with Rob’s wonderful original numbers and melodious voice from our past shows. Reynolds tells us that he has been an entertainer “since I was a teenager” and is now traveling the US in an RV, making friends and seeing new places.

We’ve had many good shows at Oso Azul over the years, and are glad to work with Jens again to bring you more Songwriter shows there. Zacateros #17. Call 415 121 7402 for reservations. No cover charge, but tipping is appreciated.

Our goal is to provide an ongoing outlet for songwriters in San Miguel in English, Spanish and whatever languages come our way, in an intimate setting.. ||Cafe Oso Azul has the best cup of coffee in San Miguel. Their breakfast is served in a beautiful courtyard, and the prices are some of the cheapest you will find in San Miguel for breakfast. They also serve lunch if you sleep past breakfast.
