Presentation by Natalia López Mota, Cava Garambullo
Naked wine is wine stripped down to its basics – the product of organic farming and natural yeast fermentation, made without adding or removing anything in the cellar. For Natalia López Mota, a Mexican winemaker and food chemist, with a master of science degree in viticulture, and a passion for nature, science, and creativity, this style of wine production is her métier. With a partner, she recently launched her own winery, Cava Garambullo. Her talk includes a small tasting of one of her delicious wines.
