Terrible service by the blond front desk lady. With that attitude, you’re not earning my business.

Thank GOD we didn’t choose this company to transport us to the airport, otherwise we would’ve missed our flight! Imagine standing on sidewalk for over an hour early in the morning with all of your luggage and nowhere to go while you wait for the company you paid good money to to pick you up. Then imagine when you call their office every 10-15 minutes to find out where the driver is, and the only answer you get is “he’s on his way, he will be there soon”. Then imagine 10-15 minutes go by and he’s still not there. Then imagine calling again and getting the same vague answer, with no explanation as to why he’s late. Then imagine walking a few blocks to a local coffee shop with all of your luggage and telling the manager at BajioGo your new pickup address, but that same manager NOT calling the driver to tell him to go there to pick you up. Then imagine finally getting picked up about an hour and fifteen minutes late, and when you call in once again to demand a discount, they offer you 20% off, but then they tell you they can’t issue a credit using your credit card and that instead you have to come into their office in person to get the credit back in cash. Then imagine begrudgingly taking the time to do that, only to find that the manager who offered the credit has now rescinded it because he learned you left his company a bad review on TripAdvisor! I mean, talk about BAD customer service! That’s as low as it gets. We definitely do not recommend using this company: not if you’re looking for reliable transportation. It’s one thing for the driver to be late, but the staff at the office and the manager in particular really need to learn how to communicate and how to treat their customers. ZERO STARS.

I booked Bajio to go to get me to San Miguel from Mexico City. They were 1 hour and 15 minutes late! They blamed it on traffic and did not want to accept responsibility. I do not recommend this company.

Bajiogo and a forgotten Mac Pro
Last Wednesday when my friend was going through security in the Queretaro airport he forgot his laptop on the table. When he was in line for boarding he remembered understanding one word of an announcement that was made. The word was “laptop”. Unfortunately, it didn’t register and he flew back to Houston without his computer. As soon as he could he called me. I immediately called the airport and after a bit of a wait they informed me, much to my surprise, that they had it. They told me what they would need to release it to someone else. I called Bajiogo. The people who work there were so helpful and patient with many emails between myself, the airport and my friend, and thanks to bajiogo I picked up the laptop this morning at there office on Jésus. They went beyond just a customer relationship. I feel as though my friends at bajiogo helped me solve this problem. They expected nothing in return for their efforts. They are good people and all of us who depend on them are blessed to have such caring folks on our side.

I am also a big fan of Bajiogo. I can always count on them to be kind, on time, and if my plane is late, to be there for me no matter what. Once I paid twice somehow, and they were completely honest and informed me that I was owed a refund. This local company has prospered over the years because of their fantastic service and kindness. We are lucky to have them in town.

My experience with BajioGo is similar to Natalie’s. My SMA guests and I have used their services many times for rides to Leon and Mexico City without a problem.

When the robberies were first reported on the rode to Celaya, I dropped in to the BajioGo office one day and talked with them. They were eager to describe their efforts to improve the safety of their services and raised concerns that they had, at that time, received no support from local law enforcement.

One time my flight into Mexico City was five hours late — and my BajioGo driver waited in the airport for the entire time, sandwiched in between two 3.5 hour drives. I was the only customer for that ride and I was astonished at their service.

      I am a fan!

We have always received great service from the drivers. In our experience, international flights always require check in 2 hours before the departure time. From San Miguel to Leon or Queretaro almost always takes 1 1/2 hours, so a shuttle pick up time 4 hours in advance is reasonable for several reasons. Bajiogo also offers a private car option.

Maybe Patrick did not consider that a shuttle van is usually a shared ride. Most likely the driver has other parties to pick up before getting on the road. A safe driver will allow a little extra time for road construction, traffic jams, accidents, a flat tire, etc., etc. The Girl Scout in me likes to arrive safely and in time to make my flight, because s**t does happen..

I guess Patrick also missed the post last week about the passenger that Volaris refused to allow to board his flight when he was there an hour or less before the the flight departure time.

Perhaps Patrick did not have time for introspection before hitting the send button on his post.

Spread the word, we will continue to use Bajiogo and we appreciate all they do for our community.

Without going into boring detail, BajioGo was waiting for me today at the Leon airport, despite my flight yesterday being postponed. I wasn’t able to get in touch with them about which of two return possibilities I’d have to do, but they were there for the right one. After what should have been a long one-day trip turned into a VERY long two-day trip, I am seriously impressed, and very grateful. I really love how reliable they are.

A few weeks ago I missed my flight to the States when the Bajio Go driver was late picking me up at my house in the country. We finally arrived at the airport about an hour before my scheduled departure. If I’d printed out my boarding pass, I probably still would have been able to make my flight. But, since the airline has to provide Homeland Security (?) with a passenger manifest an hour and a half prior to take-off, I was told that I couldn’t board.
Since it was my fault that I’d missed the flight, and not the airline’s, Delta required me to purchase a new ticket for the following day.

I went to Bajio Go’s office on the afternoon of my missed flight and spoke with Noe and Susana. Both were extremely apologetic and sympathetic.

They could have argued that I shared some of the responsibility because I live in a house without an address, or that it was my fault for not having pre-printed my boarding pass, but they did neither. They could have offered to reimburse me with coupons for future shuttle trips. Instead, they admitted that it was the driver’s fault that I hadn’t gotten to the airport on time, and offered to refund the full cost of my ticket, which they did yesterday.
I’ve used Bajio Go’s shuttle service to the Leon airport for years.. And with the sort of customer service that I experienced with this incident, I look forward to using them for years to come.
