What:  Clothing consignment store in Colonia Guadalupe, the store name is 2da vida (second life). Buy, Donate (all donations support the SMA Recycling Program) and sell, clothing, shoes, sunglasses, etc

When: We are OPEN! Working hours Tuesday – Saturday 12-5 or call
Where: It is located at Farolito street #11, which is parallel to the street known as “Canción India” (the street with the longest wall of continuous murals).  We are a 1/2 a block away from “Gombo’s pizza.”

Please- Each piece brought in for consignment should be clean and in good condition (no holes or stains)- We have a suggested list of prices for each type of clothing, etc., but you may also set you own price- 50% of the price is for you and 50% is for the store- Each piece consigned is given a unique record, which includes your contact information.  This record is used to track each piece while in inventory and allows us to notify you once it is sold.- The pieces may remain in inventory in the store for a maximum of 2 months; at this time, you will have the option to modify the price, take the item back or donate it to the recycling project.- Every month we will contact you to let you know how many sales where made and give you your money- You always have the option to take your clothes back

Why: A group of friends in Col Guadalupe are working to implement a recycling program in SMA so that we will have  place where we can take our recyclables to be re-purposed instead of  contributing to those disgusting mountains of mixed toxic waste.You can see more about the project here http://dvadaniela.wixsite.com/90porciento (soon to be translated)In order to get funding to push this project forward, we brought this consignent store idea to life.
