The inspiration for all Pinkylicious dessert creations started with my own sweet tooth, along with my family´s addiction to sweets.
Ever since I was a little girl I always loved desserts but I never tried to make them.When I went to college, I studied Tourism Business Administration, which was where I discovered my talent and passion for baking. I took cooking classes, which I loved, and ever since I have continued to cook and learn more about baking.
While I was in college I started to sell brownies. Brownies were the first pastry I started selling.
In San Miguel de Allende, my hometown, people started to talk about my brownies and ask me to bake more, but I would only bake them while I was on holiday and visiting my family. Once I graduated from university, I moved back to San Miguel de Allende, and I have been happily baking for all of my very loyal customers ever since.
I´m always excited to share all of my delicious pastry creations with my customers. There is nothing quite like melt in your mouth desserts. I absolutely love to see the reactions of others when they indulge my desserts.
