      We went to the new Matias Restaurant. It is located where the old Provecho Restaurant was located on the Anche near the Instituto. We had the delicious fried parsley and a wonderful burger. We loved the ambiance in the courtyard, but there is also inside dining and a rooftop terrace. Omar, the delightful owner was there to greet us with a big smile. He has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and knows how to run a restaurant well and efficiently. Very enjoyable meal and not too pricey.
