Birdie’s Burgers Sports Bar (New Location)

Birdie’s Burgers are 100% local from the ranch Cañada de la Virgen (San Miguel de Allende), organic grass-fed and grass-finished pasture raised beef. Dry aged 1 month. Hormone, antibiotic and gluten free. Birdie’s beef burgers are prepared from the chef’s blend of specific cuts hand formed and are served on a soft toasted bun baked daily just around the corner at La Buena Vida Bakery. We are open daily serving burgers, fries and shakes!

Besides a yummy, creative, line up of burgers of all sorts, Birdie’s serves up breakfast items 10 am. ‘til Noon. Diners will find fries and wings and salads and much more. The beef used is local, grass fed, gluten free. There’s fun filled, creative milk shakes made the old fashioned way with soft ice cream some even supped up with liquors.

Chef Donnie Masterton, the creator of “THE RESTAURANT,” “THE BAR AT THE R” and an advisor, behind the scenes for many other local restaurants, has brought the popular Birdie’s back to life after closing its Relox location a few years back! Birdie’s also now doubles as a full-on sports bar with a number of flat screen TVs that will feature sports. Open Mondays beginning in October for Monday night football!
