At SolTribe Cuisine, the inspiration for our unique gastronomy comes from the aether and from the earth. It comes from our veneration of fire, water and air as applied to the culinary process.Sourcing local, organic, and sustainable ingredients and products whenever possible, our mission is clear; to prove that plant-based, clean foods are powerfully delicious and sublimely satisfying.
We pay a high premium for using such quality ingredients, and our methods are founded in deliberate complexity, because integrity in food, is integrity in life.We choose this because for us, the magic is in passionate service and we are proud to be in service to life through food. We chop, tear, mix and blend with our own hands because we take pride in making things from scratch.
You’ll find no preservatives, GMO’s, or processed foods in what we create in the kitchen. Cooking for us is an experience in imagination and creation, where we strive to use all things root to fruit, to forge inspired nourishment.
