      Please don’t miss Chikatana at Mercado del Carmen. You won’t believe how delicious and fresh everything is! My new favorites: Chetuna & Arroz Kimchi.

      Had a great meal last night at Chikatana (Hernandez Macías 68). It is was, truly, some of the most innovative food I’ve eaten– Mexican-Asian fusion. Really, really good! They had something at every price point, but having tasted their food, next time I’m going to splurge on the slow-roasted Korean-ancho baby back ribs. 🙂 We had several different dishes and all were delicious. The place is new, and was not busy, so thought I’d give it a shout-out on-line. The space has a casual vibe, the prices more than fair, and the staff were lovely. We plan to be regulars. If you are at all intrigued, I highly recommend.
