Bhaji is a restaurant that offers Hindu food since 2007 in Mexico. The first restaurant opened in downtown Queretaro and in 2012 San Miguel de Allende was the city chosen to continue delighting the most adventurous and demanding palates.
Chef and owner Adrian Gorton is originally from Birmingham, England. A fan of Hindu food, which is very popular in his hometown, at the age of 16 he began to experiment with traditional recipes motivated by his mother, since she did not possess the knowledge for such elaborate dishes.
