We highly recommend Patty Zermano and BCP. We first met Patty a few years ago when our original contractor and our then favorite plumber both failed to respond when our old water filtration system died. She responded promptly. She explained the problem. We discussed what we should do to resolve the issue and she did it promptly.
We were so impressed. We then discussed other projects with her and found her to be amazingly knowledgeable and sensitive to our high standards. We also found her determined to meet those high standards when the marble dealer failed to deliver on our very precise order (with a premium payment) for a kitchen counter that would have NO seams. They pushed her to push us to accept their mistake. She didn’t even consider it (although she paused to confirm that we preferred the seamless counter despite the fact that it would take 2 more weeks).
She has performed many projects for us. We enjoy working with her. Her billing procedures have evolved. They have always been extremely detailed. I do recall one minor billing error but it was corrected as soon as I mentioned it. Although sometimes her office has been very slow to deliver the bill, but that is hard to consider a serious complaint. 😉
We are very impressed with Patty’s knowledge, not only about plumbing but the array of construction and maintenance details. She is the first contractor, including several popular ones, that we feel understands the high standards of design esthetics and quality. AND she is so responsive. We contacted her recently for a fairly minor but very annoying problem that had nothing to do with the many projects her team had performed for us. She responded immediately and the problem was fixed the next day.
Their slogan is “Better call Patty,” and after writing this, I am re minded that I should indeed call her to address some currently annoying issues…
I hate to say this, but…Please don’t everyone jump on this to contract with her, because I want her to have time left for our few minor projects…. Yet I feel confident that she would be honest with you re when and how she could address your needs AND she would find a way to manage our little projects.
Yes, I guess I am a Patty fan and grateful for her competent and responsive service.
