Chabad San Miguel de Allende

San Miguel de Allende has long been a popular destination for Jewish expats and visitors, with thousands of Jewish residents and many more visiting annually.

We established the Chabad House in SMA to serve the spiritual and physical needs of the local Jewish population of San Miguel as well as tourists.

Our goal is to strengthen Jewish awareness and observance for the Jewish residents and the thousands of visitors, regardless of background or affiliation.

Through the philosophy of Ahavas Yisroel – unconditional love and concern for every Jew, regardless of religious background or affiliation –  Chabad of San Miguel provides synagogue services, spiritual guidance, community outreach and education to inspire all Jews to discover their common bond of Jewish faith and observance.

Our numerous programs and activities provide the education and means to promote Jewish knowledge, awareness, and practice, connecting us to our past, present and future. We encourage positive action on the part of each Jew and offer educational programs to all Jewish organizations, synagogues and groups in order to increase Jewish knowledge and observance.
