Pablo Gomez Cano is a musician, guitarist and avant-garde music promoter. Original, distinctive and unconventional, Pablo Gómez’s guitar is one of the most remarkable sounds on the current music scene. Decidedly different and away from all conventions, his  repertoire includes various aesthetic trends, from classic works of the 20th century to  contemporary pieces, to which are added works written expressly for him by important  Mexican and foreign composers.

He has been a soloist with orchestras and ensembles in Mexico, the United States, Canada and Spain. He has collaborated with important international musicians such as Steve Schick, Susan Narucki, Christoph Desjardin, among many. He has been curator and coordinator of contemporary music at the Festival Cervantino and Vértice. He has a doctorate from the University of California at San Diego, United States.
