Event Category: La Biblioteca and Presentations/Discussions

For: Pavell A. Armenta.
The mind has the ability to survive all the situations that have been imposed on it, and it’s been like this since the beginning of time. Our mind is used to experiencing fear and insecurity whenever it finds itself in unfamiliar territory, and that seems to be normal and natural. Concerns exhaust, weaken and wear us down, which increasingly move the mind away from the solution of the problem, which is: new ideas. However, the overriding nature of the mind is to trust, understand, and feel Gratitude.
But why the importance of generating new ideas? In this world of constant change, it is necessary for the survival of man to acquire the ability to adapt to what the world demands, therefore, it is essential that, as of today, the human being continues to generate new ideas. Creativity is essential to move forward in any situation that comes our way, and that totally depends on what type of thoughts are manifested in each one of us. Whenever the mind expresses fear it gets into a conflict, thoughts of shame, guilt and anguish invade it, with the sole objective of distracting it. Disguised as a solution, in a situation where the mind acquires a position of victimization and uncertainty. In that situation the mind becomes stagnated, again preventing the opportunity to generate new ideas.
As a society we are living in times where it is convenient to try to have a quiet mind, well, it is proven that a quiet mind thinks objectively and gives space to new thoughts. In this way we can have the necessary clarity to generate new ideas and thus, go one step ahead of those people who choose only to worry. With a clear and rested mind we can face the situations that day by day are presented in our daily lives. For 16 months we have been facing a situation that completely changed our lives.
All conflict is always an expression of fear and an exhausted mind, it is the reflection of the insecurity that worry and fear produce. Thus it is impossible to generate mental processes that benefit the life of the thinker. Fortunately, we can quiet our thoughts thanks to a mental model that allows us to transform fear into serenity, anguish into trust, and resentment into understanding.
In my talk you will learn that there is a permanent solution to mental exhaustion. When the mind returns to its natural state: it will be able to generate ideas that give peaceful and creative solutions. And as a final result we will have exchanged exhaustion for agility.
