Wilka:  “What does preparing for a thoughtful death mean?  I will share, from my observation and experience (as transpersonal psychologist, death doula, and person who is going to die), my thoughts, which includes physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual preparation.

I will go over each of these, and introduce the other presenters, as well as the work I do, within this framework.”
