  • In this online series, hosted by Fundación Elisabeth Kübler-Ross México Centro and led by international professionals in fields related to loss, grief, and end of life, we uncover what gets in the way of a good life, which in turn gets in the way of a good death. We explore and experience inspiring, playful, practical, life-enhancing approaches that help us mentally, emotionally, and spiritually feel prepared to stay present through others’ grief process, through the loss of our loved ones, through our own losses and grief, and feel prepared for our own death.

While we may not be able to fully control the circumstances surrounding our losses, our grieving, and dying, we can make thoughtful choices that bring us greater ease in the process, in life and as we face the end of life, ours and that of those whom we love and hold most dear. Throughout this series, together we contemplate, think, explore, feel and sense through a variety of perspectives and approaches that also enrich our lives and help us find greater meaning and purpose.

The series runs monthly: 90-minute live, dynamic online Zoom sessions, recorded for replay, on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, 11AM-12:30PM CST.
