San Miguel Tai Chi In The Benito Juarez Park
Tai Chi Mambo “the fun way to exercise”. Enjoy a fun and effective total body workout to music. Each week students learn tai chi basic hand gestures and steps, regular attendance improves energy, mood, vitality. Suitable for all ages to reduce stress and improve balance. No experience required, all welcome.
Location: Benito Juarez Park, we use the main basketball court or the small basketball court by the exit to the Rosewood hotel.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Time: 9:30am – 10:25am.
Introductory 8 Class Pass: $800 pesos.
Chinese Health & Longevity Series:
This wellness course is designed for students who want to learn the skills of ancient art of tai chi and qigong (chinese yoga) to improve their vitality and well being, small group setting up with personal attention to avoid common mistakes while learning tai chi.
The Tai Chi studio is a 5 minute walk from the market. Drop ins are disruptive to the group, new students are advised to purchase a 10 class pass, or a minimum of 4 class pass to benefit from this training.
