Tai Chi as therapeutic exercise promotes health and longevity. Based on aligned and adaptable stretching and turning movements that suit your individual needs, the Tai Chi practice restores, improves, and maintains physical, mental, and emotional health.
Simply and gently, the T’ai Chi workout has been proven superior to most exercise programs. The slow-paced, easy-to-learn routines are accessible to people of all ages and levels of ability.
In this class, we learn the foundation postures and gradually build up to the 108 moves set that is the full Tai Chi practice. The Tai Chi form we learn and practice is a modified Yang style with a strong foundation in Taoist inner arts and Medical Qigong.
