Lydia Wong’s Mastery School of Tai Chi program is about activating and balancing the Chi within to slow the aging process naturally. (Chi is translated as Vital Life Force Energy in chinese). Its practice strengthens you and circulates joy throughout the meridian circuits. Its gentle form and dance like movement leaves you energized, joyful yet tranquil and grounded.
The studio class focus is long term health, and Qi purification called Yang Sheng in chinese – The Nourishing Life 養生 Eastern Health Traditions of rejuvenation. When you come in person, you’ll get to practice with Lydia directly, and there is no question that the transmission of Qi energy is most powerful in person.
Beginners and all levels welcome.
