Tai Chi Mambo with Lydia
Energize and shape up your mind and body with Tai Chi Mambo in the Benito Juarez Park.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am – 10:30am. Bring sunglasses or a hat and a bottle of water.
This fun energizing class created by Tai Chi Master Lydia Wong starts with qigong health exercises with bamboo sticks for weight loss and heart health. Over the course of a few weeks, students learn the tai chi 8 directions and Tai Chi movement in meditation for peace and harmony. All welcome, no experience required. In September, bring a friend for Free the first class.
Drops ins welcome, 1 week – 4 weeks pass, concessions available.
