In this time of Covid, these Self-Massage ZOOM classes will be focused on learning immune-boosting techniques, as well as how to keep the lungs clear, strong and healthy. I will be teaching many other techniques as well that will serve to keep you healthy during this time.
We will be utilizing general stretching, joint mobilization, breathing, percussive techniques, and self-acupressure.
Classes are non-sequential so you can take one or both. $5 OFF/class for all San Miguelenses. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. Always a fun and informative class. Please tell your friends.
