Matt Williams is a yoga teacher, reiki master, and pranayama breath work facilitator from Los Angeles, California. He has been leading the three-part pranayama breathing technique known as for over 4 years. This particular meditation is extremely powerful and very different from the meditation styles most of us are familiar with. The unique breathing pattern causes the body to release endorphins, which unlock the chakras, and creates an enormous flow of energy. This energy naturally breaks through physical, mental, emotional or spiritual blocks that we have accumulated from our life experiences, and returns us to our natural state.
