My name is Ratna, some of you know me as a Gentle Yoga teacher at LifePath Center.
Since I am just returning from NYC where situation is pretty bad, I have been self-quarantining myself (in Puebla) and will keep doing this until it’s safe for everyone to go out and go back to SMA, where I was living before NY.
Working from home some friends have complained about not moving their bodies enough, being stressed, and overeating.
So I decided to offer some online workouts that I call “hot & mindful workouts”. This is NOT Yoga. This are high-intensity, fast paced and fun workouts that include warming, dancing all sorts of music, functional exercises (push-ups, crunches, etc), stretching and a short relaxation.
The whole workout happens every day at 12 pm (Mexico City time/2 pm NYC) and lasts 45 minutes.
Please feel free to give it a try or share the invitation with your friends. The agreement to participate is that everyone takes care of their own body.
Your safety is your responsibility. Of course I guide warmings and give some safety instructions, but it is really up to you to respect your own limits and your body-wisdom.
Voluntary donations are appreciated, but not required.
