Tai Chi Qigong Essentials To Strengthen Your Immune System
Lydia is a health and wellness expert in the eastern arts who enjoys working with students who are ready to make a commitment to finding balance and greater joy in their life through the ancient practice of tai chi and qigong yoga.
*All classes from monday through friday are held at the Tai chi bamboo garden, lots of space for distancing. Wear good walking shoes.

In 2020, go beyond the steps, poses and strengthen your inner vitality Qi foundation. Lydia’s tai chi course is designed for anyone who wishes to experience more inner peace, strength and freedom in relationship to themselves and others. Get great results faster with personal Qi energy attunement from Master Lydia Wong in a small group setting. Lydia’s teaching style makes learning tai chi and qigong easy, fun and joyous, suitable for all levels. Class pass and 4 – 12 weeks membership.
Tai Chi Course Benefits:
Loosening joints & warm-up exercises :
Enjoy learning the tai chi 8 directions plus joint loosening exercises to help you look and feel younger.
Qigong (Chee gung) :
An ancient technique for relaxing your mind and body. It also improves your posture, increase your energy levels and trains your ability to maintain clarity and circulate inner peace.
Qi Yoga & Meridian Toning Massage :
Qigong yoga originates from China and has also been called “Taoist Yoga” or “the Chinese version of yoga” and is a practice that promotes health, transform stress and worry.
Tai Chi Essentials :
You will learn the beginning movements of a simple tai chi form. Through these movements, you will experience the healing benefits of Tai Chi and its ability to positively affect your body and mind. The Tai Chi form Lydia teaches has a rhythm and flow. It is related to our breathing and our heart beat. Over time when you are able to relax your mind body and practice well, it will feel as though you are being breathed.
Group Chi Energy Flow Practice :
The final part of the lesson will conclude with meditation in motion flow as a group. This will give you the opportunity to feel and enjoy the smooth blending of Chi flow, inner peace, harmony and balance as a harmonious group for healing and Qi nourishment.
