Learn the art of ancient tai chi and qigong with Lydia Wong, a health and wellness expert from Singapore with over 25 years of teaching experience. Students will learn the art of Yǎng Shēng (養生) the most important concept in TCM (traditional chinese medicine) and the culture of Chinese health. The Chinese word “Yang” means to nurture, take care of, and nourish; “Sheng” means life, birth, and vitality. Together Yang Sheng is also translated as health preservation, life cultivation, or life nourishment.

Tai Chi Mambo Open class at Benito Juarez Park on monday, wednesday and friday, Time: 9:30am – 10:25am.
We meet at the basketball court. Drop ins, weekly pass and 4 week pass. Donations for low income students.
