Lydia is a health and wellness expert who enjoys working with students who are ready to make a commitment to finding balance and greater joy in their life through the practice of tai chi and qigong. Because it’s a small class, students have the opportunity for personal attention combined with group learning in a safe and supportive environment.
Tai Chi Studio, Tuesday and Thursday, Time 3:00pm – 4:00pm. Registration by email with dates of attendance is required to reserve your space. Students can purchase a 10 class pass, good for use within 12 weeks. Visiting students can purchase a minimum of 2 class pass. Please email Lydia with any questions.
San Miguel Tai Chi at Benito Juarez Park.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Time: 9:30am – 10:30am.
Students learn the basic essentials of an easy tai chi form, hand gestures, co-ordination and steps to music.
We meet at the main or small basketball court. Suitable for all ages, beginners are welcome, no experience required. Students can choose to purchase a 4 week unlimited class pass, good to use for the studio and park or purchase a 10 class card for the park class only.
