This course is designed for students who want to experience and enjoy the Anti-Aging benefits of Tai Chi. Get great results faster with personal attention from Master Lydia Wong in a small group setting at the beautiful Tai Chi Studio. Lydia will demonstrate and teach the fundamentals of tai chi to improve balance plus tips to reduce stress, anxiety and joint pain. This course also introduces ancient chinese meridian yoga and other rejuvenation techniques to feel great at any age.
