Tai Chi / Qigong is a simple, non-stressful, holistic form of exercise that promotes proper breathing, motion, healing and relaxation. It is a slow and meditative process that connects the breath, the mind and the body with awareness of its surroundings, while the bones, muscles, and joints are exercised and strengthened.
