It’s that time again and time for the most delicious meal of the year…Botanas,Turkey,Dressing,Gravy,Mashed potatoes,Yam Casseroles,Southern green beans,fresh cranberry sauce ,other surprises and pecan and pecan pies with whipped cream…A true Southern treat ..Beverages provided.

Patsy DuBois has been catering and teaching cooking classes from her place in the country long before anyone else. She has a huge tiled kitchen and the vistas out there are incredible. It’s home-cooking, Mexican style with an accent on fresh and seasonal ingredients, many of which she grows her her garden. She also has Sunday lunches. Atotonilco, -off highway to Dolores Hidalgo Every Sunday a sumptuous lunch buffet feast enjoyed either in my sun-filled kitchen or under the cool veranda. Like having a private party with everyone enjoying each other. Menu changes weekly depending on what’s fresh and available.
