This Sunday 18th, I will be sérving Botanas, a Delicious Mexican Pork tenders, potatoes with Rosemary ,garlic and olive oil and a German red cabbage and apple dish. Dessert and beverages, all for 400 pesos each.

Patsy DuBois has been catering and teaching cooking classes from her place in the country long before anyone else. She has a huge tiled kitchen and the vistas out there are incredible. It’s home-cooking, Mexican style with an accent on fresh and seasonal ingredients, many of which she grows her her garden. She also has Sunday lunches. Atotonilco, -off highway to Dolores Hidalgo Every Sunday a sumptuous lunch buffet feast enjoyed either in my sun-filled kitchen or under the cool veranda. Like having a private party with everyone enjoying each other. Menu changes weekly depending on what’s fresh and available.
