We are very excited to invite you to our Mezcal and Guacamole Experience!  You will have the opportunity to prepare 4 types of guacamole ? and then pair it with mezcal 400 conejos joven, 400 conejos añejo, Creyente tobalà y creyente madre cuishe.

María Mercurio, an expert in mezcal and these labels, will give us a master class where we will know in depth the history of these brands and mezcal, thus having an experience with a spectacular pairing.

The best wines and distillates in San Miguel de Allende. Cava Sautto was founded in the city of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. It was officially established in 2008, however, in previous years imported distillates were distributed in some restaurants and bars in the city. At first the establishment was known by the name of “the barrels”, for its evolution and entry of new roads and the need to be recognized in our environment changed its name to “Cava Sautto”. Cava Sautto was growing little by little and thanks to the support of our customers who have been recommending us, due in large part to our good attention that we put in the service, since this is our priority. Our first products were a little variety of imported distillates and thanks to the fact that we have grown, at the moment we have an extensive variety of distilled products and table wines in our shop which is our only distribution centre. At Cava Sautto the values within the company are very important and our main values with which we work every day are RESPECT, HONESTY, Loyalty and COMMITMENT.
