The Food In Film Festival celebrates the juxtaposition of culinary and cinematic expression by screening food-related films along with catered events sponsored by highly-rated local chefs/restaurants.
Our 6th annual festival will take place on October 20, 21, 22, at El Sindicato Centro Cultural Comunitario. This year we are proud to feature the Latin American premiere of the independent documentary film: Heartbeat as our opening film along with a lineup of films celebrating the biggest game changers in the culinary world. During our 3 day festival, we will be screening 6 films, paired with food and drink tasting from local chefs, restaurants, vineyards, and breweries. We will also be hosting 4 lectures by food experts Gina Rae and Marcelo Castro Vera.
