The filmmakers at the History Channel investigate what many historians claim to be among the most unjust wars ever waged in this look at the Mexican-American War hosted by boxing legend Oscar de la Hoya. Launched in April of 1846, “Mr. Polk’s War” was an attempt by America to expand its border to the Pacific Ocean. In doing so, it took almost half of Mexico’s territory.
