San Miguel Tai Chi, Benito Juarez Park
Tai Chi Mambo “the fun way to exercise”. Enjoy a fun and effective total body workout to music. Each week students learn tai chi basic hand gestures and steps, regular attendance improves energy, mood, vitality. Suitable for all ages to reduce stress and improve balance. No experience required, all welcome.
Location: Benito Juarez Park, we use the main basketball court or the small basketball court by the exit to the Rosewood hotel.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Time: 9:30am – 10:25am.
Drop ins welcome, class pass available.
Chinese Health & Longevity Series:
This wellness course is designed for students who want to enjoy the Anti-Aging benefits of Tai Chi, Qigong and Tao Yin (chinese yoga).
Get great results faster with personal attention in a small group setting at Lydia’s Tai chi Studio. Improve your posture, balance, agility and strength without stressing your joints and other common mistakes while learning tai chi.
The Tai Chi studio is a 5 minute walk uphill from the local fruit and vegetable market by Homobono Calle.
Students can purchase an introductory 4 class pass if you are visiting to benefit from this energy training.
