Tai Chi Mambo “the fun way to exercise”. Enjoy a fun and effective total body workout.
It’s a huge calorie burning, total body workout combining latin- inspired dance movements for learning co-ordination. Each week students learn new movements of a classical tai chi form to reduce stress and improve health. No experience required.
Location: Benito Juarez Park (main basketball court or the smaller basketball court).
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Time: 9:30am – 10:30am, No experience required, drop ins welcome.
Healthy Living Series to reduce stress, anxiety, improve sleep, confidence, agility and health at any age.
Enjoy personal instruction in a small group setting at Lydia’s Tai Chi studio, a 5 minutes walk from the market.
Start any week for 5 weeks , visitors can purchase a 10 class pass or a introductory 4 class pass.
Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm till 4:00pm.
