  • Qigong involves breathing techniques, postural alignment, and body mechanics to prevent injury and increase blood and oxygen flow.  It helps boost our energy, avoid burnout, and reduce inflammation, pain, and general malaise, positively affecting the lymphatic, endocrine, genitourinary, digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, nervous, and craniosacral systems. Qigong promotes relaxation, brings our hormonal systems into balance, and strengthens our immune system.  Qigong also enhances mental clarity and positive thinking.
