Anothée year and another traditional Thanksgiving Dinner at PATSY’S PLACE

THANKSGIVING  is one of my favorite meals of the year.

I’ve been listening to my friends and clients and paying attention to the news about COVID in our  community.  I want to place everyone’s health as top priority and still celebrate all we have to be grateful for.  I have decided to only do home delivery of my delicious traditional THANKSGIVING meal….roasted turkey, cornbread dressing, yam casserole  ,mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. You will also receive a couple of botanas, cranberry relish and either pumpkin or pecan pie(your choice)to complete your meal.

All meals must be prepaid by NOVEMBER 20th and I will supply the address where you can leave your sealed envelope and your name on the outside of the envelope when you place your order.  The cost is 550 pesos plus a small delivery fee. I will try to be with my helpers when we deliver your Thanksgiving feast so I can personally  wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving.

November 25th is my 75th birthday and in lieu of a party, I am donating 75 pesos form each meal to ALMA. You might like to join me in marking a donation to ALMA by adding it to your payment meal. Closer to Thanksgiving I will give you an approximate time when I will be delivering the meals on Thanksgiving morning. The meals will be cold with heating instructions. Patsy DuBois has been catering and teaching cooking classes from her place in the country long before anyone else. She has a huge tiled kitchen and the vistas out there are incredible. It’s home-cooking, Mexican style with an accent on fresh and seasonal ingredients, many of which she grows her her garden. She also has Sunday lunches. Atotonilco, -off highway to Dolores Hidalgo Every Sunday a sumptuous lunch buffet feast enjoyed either in my sun-filled kitchen or under the cool veranda. Like having a private party with everyone enjoying each other. Menu changes weekly depending on what’s fresh and available.
