Learn the art of ancient tai chi and qigong with Lydia Wong, a health and wellness expert from Singapore with over 25 years of teaching experience. Students will learn the art of Yǎng Shēng (養生) the most important concept in TCM (traditional chinese medicine) and the culture of Chinese health. The Chinese word “Yang” means to nurture, take care of, and nourish; “Sheng” means life, birth, and vitality. Together Yang Sheng is also translated as health preservation, life cultivation, or life nourishment.

Each student that purchases a 5 or 10-class prepaid card will receive a free consultation session to scan health priorities and then track progress over time. You’ll also receive a daily Qigong routine to do at home, in order to help deepen your practice and resolve any health issues. Am Fun & Fitness Class:
Tai Chi Mambo – Open class at Benito Juarez Park on monday, wednesday and friday, Time: 9:30am – 10:25am.
Students learn the basic hand gestures and tai chi steps to music. We meet at the main or small basketball court.
