A mindful movement class adapted individually to progressively reduce joint pain, increase range of motion, mind body awareness, balance and strength. Because it’s a small class, students have the opportunity for one-on-one coaching, combined with group learning in a safe and supportive environment.
You will receive personalized attention and props such as chairs, straps, blocks, or blankets will be used according to your specific needs. All sizes, shapes, and ages are welcome.
Benefits from this class include: Improve sleep, reduce falls, improve balance, less joint pain and stiffness, correct poor body alignment.

Am Tai Chi Class:
Tai Chi Mambo – Open class at Benito Juarez Park.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday,
Time: 9:30am – 10:25am.
Students learn the basic tai chi forms, hand gestures and steps to music.
We meet at the main or small basketball court by the exit to the Rosewood Hotel.
