  • This Alborada dates back to 1924, when for the first time an Alborada was celebrated in San Miguel. In it, there were 50 Stars dressed as the sun, the moon, the comet, the eyes of Santa Lucí and those of 7 cabrillas, among others.

The organizers invite all those who have Stars and want to participate. Everyone is welcome to be part of the celebration in honor of the Immaculate Conception.

If anyone wants to participate, Stars will be given to everyone who would like to go and dance in honor of the Holy Mother. They will meet outside the OXXO of Calzada de la Aurora, at 4:30 in the morning, and there they can collect the stars.

The parade will start at 5:00 in the morning in the Aurora neighborhood, where the tradition was born and will continue along Calzada de la Aurora, Hidalgo Street, reach the main garden, to turn around Canal and finish at the temple of the Immaculate Conception with the Mañanitas and the traditional fireworks.
