In this series of workshops, hosted by Fundación Elisabeth Kübler-Ross México Centro and led by professionals in fields related to end of life, we explore and experience inspiring, playful, practical approaches to mentally, emotionally, spiritually feel prepared to stay present through the loss of our loved ones and our own death.
Join the EKR México Centro team, friends of EKR, and an inspiring community of international presenters* in this monthly exploration of the myriad thoughtful ways we can prepare for a good death and live a fuller life.

- providing medical attention, palliative care, death doula services, and medical supplies to terminal patients of underserved communities
- training volunteer compassionate companions and death doulas
- developing a replicable plan for establishing green cemeteries in México
