In this pandemic state we are all living in, we are learning to social distance and conduct our business via video conferencing. Zoom has become a worldwide phenomenon. In the past 52 weeks, its stock price has increased nearly three-fold. Everyone seems to be Zooming. But how good is your Zoom? On Tuesday, June 9th, The Midday Rotary Club of San Miguel de Allende will change things up and present a fun, entertaining presentation with motivational business speaker Nancy Friedman.
Nancy Friedman, founder & chairman of Telephone Doctor Customer Service training is a popular speaker at conferences around the country. She will share tips, ideas, skills and techniques for any business looking to improve customer service – all of which transfers over to our personal lives. From making successful ZOOM presentations to the 5 frustrating & useless voice mail phrases on your phone, to working with your spouse…. you’ll be laughing and learning information you can use immediately and forever.
She has had 4 successful small business startups with her husband, Dick. Two radio stations in San Diego & St. Louis, an advertising firm, Weatherline Inc., (the largest private provider of weather information by phone in the country and Telephone Doctor, helping companies communicate better with their customers and coworkers. Nancy and her staff of 21 have helped 30,000 organizations improve the Customer Service Satisfaction Scores of their customer service reps. She has appeared on Oprah, The Today Show, Fox News, CNN, CBS This Morning; Good Morning America – and many more radio and tv stations around the country.
