Democrats Abroad SMA would like to invite members and non-members to join us at McCarthy’s Irish Pub (Ancha de San Antonio 25) to watch a live stream of the fifth Democratic Debate. The debate will be streamed on the 5 TVs in the patio area, and attendees can order a cerveza from their extensive menu and dinner or snacks. The nine candidates who have qualified to date are former Vice President Joe Biden; New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker; Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana; California Sen. Kamala Harris; Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders; billionaire Tom Steyer; Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren; entrepreneur Andrew Yang; and Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar.
Moderating the November 20th event, which is being co-hosted by MSNBC and The Washington Post, will be Rachel Maddow, host of “The Rachel Maddow Show” on MSNBC; Andrea Mitchell, host of “Andrea Mitchell Reports” on MSNBC and NBC News’ chief foreign affairs correspondent; Kristen Welker, NBC News’ White House correspondent; and Ashley Parker, a White House reporter for The Washington Post.We look forward to seeing you on November 20th & please RSVP so that we can give the venue an estimated number of attendees.

There is no charge for this event, but we hope attendees will enjoy having the opportunity to purchase drinks and food from the extensive menu. The debate will be from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. And hopefully there will be some luck of the Irish with us all!Fees: $0
