Annual General Meeting to be held electronically
on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 7pm EDT
(8 Atlantic, 6 Central, 5 Mountain & 4 Pacific)
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the meeting will take place on Zoom. The URL link, meeting ID, password, agenda, reports and background information will be e-mailed to AC Members only no later than one week before the meeting.
For those who cannot attend, AC by-laws permit Members to appoint another Member to act as a Proxy on their behalf. As well, Members are encouraged to appoint a Proxy to act in the event you experience any technical difficulties during the meeting. Proxy designations must be received by Secretary Paul Edmonds <robertpauledmonds@gmail.com> no later than one-hour before the AGM, 6pm EDT on July 15.
You may choose any one (1) of the following to act as your Proxy:
Directors – Charles Novogrodsky, Joy Levine, June Oliver
Members – Jenny Formanek, Howard Swartz, Nancy Deline
or any other Member-in-good-standing you prefer.
