Mixed Media Workshop with Grace Cohen
Every Monday from 1:30 to 4:30
Canal 36 esquina Zacateros
This workshop is for all level artists. In this workshop we will discover together all you talents, and you will create great paintings on all kinds of surfaces: canvas, wood panels, cardboard etc. Get ready, gather your art materials and be ready to use them all. If you do not have art materials yet, we will start gathering some. One thing I can assure you, we will have fun!
General Class Description,
Introduction and demonstration of range of materials
Pouring techniques with Acrylics
Design, Composition
Color ideas
Adding Soft Pastel and mix with Acrylics
Collage techniques and gel transfer
In this workshop we will approach Abstract and Realistic work.
Final work session, group display discussion
By enrolling this workshop students will have 10% discount at Sacristia Café, and at the stores in our area. Students will have the opportunity to show their final work at Puerta Abierta Galery
All students will be encouraged to work at their own pace and are free to work on personal projects instead of following the class assignment of the week.
